Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- white wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- olive oil - 3/4 c
- mushrooms - 1 lb
- stalk celery, diced - 1 item
- red pepper - 3/4 tsp
- small clove garlic - 1 item
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms. Combine ingredients except mushrooms. Simmer 15 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Chill 24 hours before serving. Serve at room temperature.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Marinades and rubs.
