Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- salsa - 1 c
- chopped tomato - 2 Tbsp
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cooked peas
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- green onions, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- can black olives, sliced
- tomato, chopped fine - 1 item
- to 5 drops hot pepper sauce - 4 item
- refried bean dip - 1 item
- Sweet Pea Guacamole - 1 item
How to make mexican dip:
Sweet Pea Guacamole:2 c. cooked peas1/4 c. chopped onion1 tsp. lemon juice2 cloves garlic, minced4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce1/4 tsp. white pepper2 Tbsp. chopped tomato Blend all ingredients with food processor.After preparing Guacamole, layer each item beginning with bean dip on bottom of plate. Spread over each item, leaving about 1-inch around each layer. Serve with tortilla chips.
