Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • salsa - 1 c
  • chopped tomato - 2 Tbsp
  • white pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • cooked peas
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • green onions, chopped fine - 1/2 c
  • can black olives, sliced
  • tomato, chopped fine - 1 item
  • to 5 drops hot pepper sauce - 4 item
  • refried bean dip - 1 item
  • Sweet Pea Guacamole - 1 item

How to make mexican dip:

Sweet Pea Guacamole:2 c. cooked peas1/4 c. chopped onion1 tsp. lemon juice2 cloves garlic, minced4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce1/4 tsp. white pepper2 Tbsp. chopped tomato Blend all ingredients with food processor.

After preparing Guacamole, layer each item beginning with bean dip on bottom of plate. Spread over each item, leaving about 1-inch around each layer. Serve with tortilla chips.
