Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/4 lb
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- can spaghetti sauce - 1 1/2
- manicotti shells, cooked - 1/2 lb
How to make manicotti:
Mix Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheese and egg together. Stuff manicotti shells with cheese mixture. Layer in a greased baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Pasta, Beef, Manicotti.
