Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- bay leaf - 1/2 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Mozzarella cheese
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Ricotta cheese - 12 oz
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- can tomatoes - 1 1/2
- minced cloves garlic - 2 item
- olive oil do not substitute - 1/4 c
- Morton salt - 2 tsp
- ripe olives, cut in large pieces - 1 c
How to make lasagna:
Brown meat in hot oil; add onion and garlic. Cook until transparent. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt and basil and cook until sauce is thickened. Stir in olives. Meanwhile, cook lasagna in boiling, salted water for 20 minutes; drainRecipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
