Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
- hamburger
- slices bread - 3 item
- chopped parsley - 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- can spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- manicotti noodles - 1 pkg
How to make manicotti:
Boil 8 noodles at a time for 6 minutes in water with 1 tablespoon oil and salt. Brown meat and drain. Combine bread and milk; let stand 2 minutes. Add meat and other ingredients except sauces and Parmesan cheese. Fill noodles. Put half of sauce in casserole, add noodles, then rest of sauce and cheese.
