Hearty tortellini soup

- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- cans chicken broth - 2 3/4
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- can stewed tomatoes undrained, coarsely chopped - 1 oz
How to make hearty tortellini soup:
In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook garlic in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and tortellini; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes more. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Pasta, Ravioli/tortellini.
