- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1 item
- Ricotta - 2 lb
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- grated Italian cheese - 1 c
- Mozzarella cheese, cut into strips - 1 lb
- Beat in eggs one at a time
How to make manicotti:
Combine flour, water and salt and beat until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Heat a 5 or 6-inch skillet and grease with a few drops of oil. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter in hot skillet and roll around pan to distribute evenly. CoRecipe categories: Pasta, Beef, Manicotti.
