How to make manicotti:

About 1 hour before serving, in 2-quart casserole, crumble beef. Cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes, until meat is no longer pink, stirring after 1/2 the cooking time. Drain. Stir in sauce, water and salt. Cook on High for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring 1/2 way through.

In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, eggs, pepper, 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stuff uncooked noodles with cheese mixture. In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, arrange manicotti in single layer; add meat sauce to completely cover. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella. Cover dish. Cook on Medium-high for 30 to 35 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn during cooking. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 7 servings. Contains 620 calories each.
