Ingredients/Components
- dry corkscrew macaroni
- carrots, cut in matchstick strips - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- can broccoli cheese soup - 1 3/4
- milk - 3/4 c
- Dijon mustard - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
How to make vegetable rotini:
In saucepan, prepare macaroni. Add vegetables for last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain. In same pan, stir soup into cream cheese. Add milk, mustard, cheese and pepper. Over low heat, heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring often. Add macaroni. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pasta, rice and grains.
