Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- 8 oz - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 4 oz
- dried oregano leaves - 1/2 tsp
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- manicotti, cooked and drained - 8 item
How to make manicotti:
Brown meat and garlic in skillet; drain fat. Blend next 4 ingredients in bowl; stir in meat. Fill each manicotti with 1/4 cup filling. Place manicotti in single layer in 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan, after covering with any remaining filling and sauce. Cover with foil. Bake in 325° oven 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Pasta, Beef, Manicotti.
