Lima bean casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen baby lima beans - 2 c
How to make lima bean casserole:
In a bowl, combine lima beans, soup, celery and milk. Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Uncover. Bake 10 minutes longer or until the bread crumbs are lightly browned. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Beans.
