- water - 4 c
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp

- lentils, uncooked - 1/2 lb
How to make lentil pate:
Bring water to boil. Add dry lentils and cover. Simmer 45 minutes until lentils are tender. Remove from heat and drain. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
