Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolks, beaten until light - 3 item
How to make lemon sponge pudding:
Sift first 3 ingredients together. Mix next 4 ingredients together and add to dry mixture. Fold in egg whites. Pour into casserole and bake in 1-inch hot water 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Puddings and mousses.
