Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • juice and rind of 1 lemon

How to make lemon sponge pie:

Mix together all items, except the egg whites, then add beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until filling is firm.
