Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- juice and rind of 1 lemon
How to make lemon sponge pie:
Mix together all items, except the egg whites, then add beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until filling is firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
