Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- egg whites, beaten stiff - 3 item
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- egg yolks, well beaten - 3 item
- 1/3 c - 5 Tbsp
- dry
How to make lemon pudding:
Blend sugar, flour and salt to butter. Add lemon juice and rind, blending well. Mix egg yolks and milk. Combine with sugar and lemon mixture. Fold in egg whites and pour into buttered casserole (2-quart). Place in pan of almost boiling water and bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until golden on top.
