Lemon pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- lemon, grated with rind and juice - 1 item
How to make lemon pudding:
Add flour to sugar. Pour in juice and rind of lemon. Beat egg yolks and add with milk to lemon mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in lightly greased casserole with pan of water. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour. Watch carefully for when it is brown and the pudding is set. Serve plain or with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Egg.
