Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 5 Tbsp
- stiffly beaten egg whites - 3 item
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- egg yolks, well beaten - 3 item
How to make lemon cups:
Add blended sugar, flour and salt to melted butter. Add lemon juice and rind and mix well. Add egg yolks and milk. Stir well. Fold in egg whites and pour into greased custard cups. Set in pan of 1-inch hot water. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minRecipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Lemon.
