Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- egg whites, beaten stiff - 2 item
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- cream - 1/2 c
- egg yolks, beaten - 2 item
- juice 1 lemon and grated rind
How to make lemon pudding:
Melt margarine and combine with flour, 3/4 cup sugar and other ingredients. Add 1/4 cup sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Fold into first mixture; pour into buttered casserole dish, place in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Egg.
