  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • shredded carrot - 1 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • grated onion - 1 tsp
  • horseradish - 1/4 c
  • lemon jello - 1 serving

How to make lemon jello salad:

Combine all ingredients, except sour cream. Chill slightly until thick. Fold in sour cream. Delicious with meat dish!
