Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- plus 3 Tbsp - 2/3 c
- graham cracker crust cinnamon graham - 1 item
How to make almond cheesecake:
Prepare crust and chill. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat all together until smooth. Stir in almond extract and pour into crust. Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated 350° oven. Let stand 20 minutes.Combine sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake and put back in oven; bake 10 minutes longer.
Toppings: Use slivered almonds, mandarin oranges, cherries, etc.
