Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- ground nuts - 1/4 c
- Philly cream cheese - 8 oz
- stick soft oleo - 1 item
- lemon instant pudding small - 2 pkg
How to make lemon dessert:
Mix together oleo, flour and nuts and pat onto bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 8 minutes at 375°. Cool. Mix together 8 ounces of cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip and pour over first layer. Mix together pudding and milk. Pour this over second layer. Let set and chill.
