Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- water - 1/2 1/3
- oil - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can cream of coconut - 1/2 item
How to make coconut cake:
Blend well. Beat on medium speed. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Punch holes in cake with toothpick or fork. Pour other half of can of cream of coconut over top of cake while hot. Let cool and top with Cool Whip (9 ounces) and sprinkle with coconut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
