- sugar - 1/2 lb
- butter - 3 oz
- egg yolks - 3 item
- lemons - 2 item
How to make lemon curd:
Cream sugar and butter. Squeeze the lemons and grate the rinds. Add this along with the beaten egg yolks to the creamed mixture. Heat in a double boiler. Stir with a wooden spoon until it thickens.Recipe categories: Cake fillings and frostings, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
