Lemon crunch
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- drops yellow food coloring - 5 item
- can evaporated milk, chilled - 1 oz
- can frozen lemonade concentrate, partially thawed - 1 oz
How to make lemon crunch:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix margarine, sugar, flour and pecans. Press mixture into ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches. Bake about 12 minutes. Crumble baked crust. Cool. Reserve 1/4 cup crumb mixture. Press remainder in pan. In bowl, beat chilled milk until stiff. Stir in lemonade concentrate and food coloring. Pour into pan; sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.
