  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 3 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • small container Cool Whip - 1 item
  • pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
  • lemon instant pudding can also use chocolate

How to make lemon crunch:

Preheat oven to 350°.

For crust: Mix butter, flour and pecans. Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.

Next, blend cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup of the Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Make the pudding with 3 cups milk. Mix as directed on package. Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top of pudding and garnish with chopped pecans.
