Lemon crunch
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- small container Cool Whip - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- lemon instant pudding can also use chocolate
How to make lemon crunch:
Preheat oven to 350°.For crust: Mix butter, flour and pecans. Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
Next, blend cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup of the Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Make the pudding with 3 cups milk. Mix as directed on package. Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top of pudding and garnish with chopped pecans.
