Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 3 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- instant lemon pudding - 2 pkg
How to make lemon crunch:
First Layer: Crumble margarine, nuts and flour. Bake 15 minutes at 370° in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Let cool.Second Layer: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
Third Layer: Combine pudding and milk.
Fourth Layer: Large Cool Whip.
Decorate with sprinkled nuts. Make day before or early in the day.
