Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- Carnation evaporated milk - 7 oz
- kiwi fruit garnish - 1 item
- sugar-free lemon jello - 1 pkg
- pie crust graham cracker or baked shell - 1 item
How to make lemon chiffon pie:
Pour chilled evaporated milk into a medium-size bowl and whip with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Mix water, lemon juice and jello in microwave bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir to dissolve gelatin. Mix whipped milk and gelatin mixture with mixer until thoroughly blended. Pour into baked pie crust and chill until fully set.
