How to make lemon chicken:
Arrange chicken in a single layer in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Spoon sauce over chicken. Bake in moderate oven at 375° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly golden brown. Serve with rice or noodles and broccoli, if desired.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
