  • eggs - 2 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Duncan Hines pudding recipe yellow cake mix - 1 item

How to make lemon cheese bars:

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Beat cheese, sugar and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool and cut into bars.
