Eclair dessert



  • eggs - 4 item
  • pkg - 8 oz
  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • instant pudding

How to make eclair dessert:

Bring to boil the water and butter. Remove from heat and add flour; stir to ball. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat with a wooden spoon. Spread into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Cool.

Cream the softened cream cheese and slowly add the milk to blend, then add pudding. Spread mixture over pastry and put Cool Whip on top of mixture. Chill before serving.
