- eggs - 4 item
- boiling water - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- box lemon Jell-O - 1 oz
- Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make lemon cake:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; let cool. Mix the dissolved Jell-O, cake mix, 4 eggs, lemon extract and oil together. Pour into a greased and floured 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.Icing: Mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar together. Pour over warm cake in pan.
