Ingredients/Components
- sliced almonds - 1 pkg
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- Duncan Hines cake mix yellow - 1 item
- large can Thank You cherry pie filling - 1 item
How to make cherry almond cake:
Spread cherry pie filling in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Sprinkle dry powder cake mix over top of cherries. Melt margarine and pour over dry cake mix. Sprinkle almonds over melted margarine. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour, until almonds are golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cherries.
