- powdered sugar
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- lemon extract - 1 Tbsp
- Wesson oil - 2/3 c
- box lemon or lemon velvet cake mix - 1 item
- box lemon instant pudding small - 1 item
How to make lemon jello cake:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar4 Tbsp. lemon juice Beat all ingredients, adding cake mix last. Bake in Bundt or tube pan 1 hour at 325°. For glaze spoon powdered sugar into cup; add lemon juice and stir. Glaze cake while it is warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Gelatin.
