  • eggs - 4 item
  • water - 2/3 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • lemon juice
  • Wesson oil - 2/3 c
  • box lemon Jell-O - 1 item
  • Duncan Hines lemon deluxe cake mix - 1 item

How to make lemon cake:

Glaze:8 Tbsp. lemon juice2 c. powdered sugar Mix dry Jell-O in dry cake mix. Add water and oil; mix well. Add the eggs, beating well after each egg. Put into greased and lightly floured Bundt pan. Bake for 55 minutes at 325°.

Glaze: While cake is hot, make holes in cake with ice pick, then pour half of glaze over cake. Let stand in pan about 10 minutes. Take out of pan; spread remaining glaze over top and sides.
