Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- peanut butter - 1 c
- egg, lightly beaten - 1 item
- miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1/2 c
How to make peanut butter chocolate chip cookies:
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and egg (batter will be stiff). Stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop level tablespoon of batter and roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes or until browned. (This recipe does not use any flour.)
