  • hot water
  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • can evaporated milk, chilled - 1 oz
  • vanilla wafers or graham crackers, crushed - 2 pkg
  • rind and juice of 3 lemons

How to make lemon bisque:

Mix jello with water. Mix together ingredients. Crush wafers and line pan. Pour in mixture. Top with crumbs. Chill.
