Ingredients/Components

  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 item
  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • boiling water
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • large can chilled evaporated milk - 1 item

How to make lemon bisque:

Mix water, jello, sugar and lemon juice. Let stand until cold and just starts to set. Then whip jello mixture, milk and salt in a large bowl until stiff.

Grease pan with butter and line with graham cracker crumbs. Add jello mixture and top with more crumbs.
