Lemon bisque
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 item
- sugar - 1/3 c
- boiling water
- dash of salt - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- large can chilled evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make lemon bisque:
Mix water, jello, sugar and lemon juice. Let stand until cold and just starts to set. Then whip jello mixture, milk and salt in a large bowl until stiff.Grease pan with butter and line with graham cracker crumbs. Add jello mixture and top with more crumbs.
