Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- lemon jello - 1 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- juice and rind of 1 lemon
- large evaporated milk chilled - 1 item
- cups crushed vanilla wafers - 2 item
How to make lemon bisque:
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1 1/4 cup hot water. Add lemon juice, rind and salt. Stir until dissolved. Chill until slightly jelled. Whip canned milk and fold into gelatin mixture. Spread 1 cup of wafers on bottom of large cake dish (9x13) and add remaining crushed wafers on top of mixture.Recipe categories: Desserts, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
