Lemon bisque
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- hot water
- lemon jello
- large box vanilla wafers - 1 item
- juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
- can Milnot, chilled - 1 oz
How to make lemon bisque:
Dissolve jello in hot water; add sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind. Congeal slightly. Whip Milnot and fold into jello mixture. Cover bottom of glass baking dish with vanilla wafers; fill with jello mixture and cover with wafers. Chill.Recipe categories: Desserts, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
