Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- large eggs - 3 item
- raisins - 1 c
- maraschino cherries - 3/4 c
- spice cake mix - 1 pkg
- jar prepared mincemeat - 1 oz
How to make mincemeat cake:
Drain and chop maraschino cherries. Combine cake mix, mincemeat, oil and eggs. Mix well. Stir in cherries, raisins and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling on wire racks.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
