How to make lemon bisque:

Place wafers in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Combine gelatin and boiling water and lemon juice, peel and sugar. Place in refrigerator until it starts to set. Whip evaporated milk until thick and fold into gelatin mixture. Pour over crushed wafers. Sp
