- sugar - 1/2 c
- boiling water
- vanilla wafers, crushed - 1 item
- lemon gelatin - 1 (3
- peel - 3 squeezed
- large can evaporated milk, chilled - 1 item
How to make lemon bisque:
Place wafers in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Combine gelatin and boiling water and lemon juice, peel and sugar. Place in refrigerator until it starts to set.
