  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese - 16 oz
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • Dream Whip - 1 pkg
  • lemon gelatin - 1 pkg

How to make cheese cake:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool some. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add gelatin; mix well. Fold whipped cream into gelatin. Pour into crust made of 1/2 pound graham crackers and 1/3 cup of melted butter.
