- chicken broth - 6 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- garlic cloves - 2 item
- leeks - 6 item
- cut potatoes - 6 item
How to make leek soup:
Saute leeks, onions and garlic until soft. Cook potatoes with all ingredients. When soft, blend in blender. Add milk until thin. Heat and serve.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Onions, Stocks.
