Hearty tortellini soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- cans College Inn chicken or beef broth use low salt variety - 2 3/4
- can stewed tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped - 1 oz
How to make hearty tortellini soup:
In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook garlic in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and tortellini, heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
