Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- chopped green onions - 1 c
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- cans bean dip - 2 item
- tomatoes, chopped and drained - 3 item
- medium, ripe avocados - 3 item
- cans pitted, ripe olives, drained and chopped - 2 item
- large, round tortilla chips - 1 item
How to make tex-mex dip:
Peel, pit and mash avocados with lemon juice. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. Spread bean dip on a large serving platter. Top with avocado mixture.
