Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- diced celery - 4 c
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- diced onions - 4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz - 1 c
- jar picante sauce - 1 item
- bottle barbecue sauce - 1 oz
- can mushroom stems and pieces undrained - 1 oz
- medium egg noodles, cooked and drained - 3 4
- medium green peppers, diced - 3 item
- jar stuffed green olives undrained - 1 3/4
- can condensed tomato soup undrained - 1 3/4
How to make kodiak casserole:
In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onions and garlic; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving. Yield: 16 to 20 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
