beef broth
chopped fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
dried basil leaves - 1/4 tsp
dried oregano leaves - 1/4 tsp
garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
pepper - 1/3 tsp

How to make zucchini soup:

In a 2-quart saucepan over high heat, bring all ingredients to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
