- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- ground round - 1 lb
- clove minced garlic - 1 item
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- large beaten eggs - 2 item
- thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb

How to make lasagne:
Brown ground round; add next 8 ingredients and simmer about 1 hour. Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients and set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and layer noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 meat sauce.
