  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • diced celery - 4 c
  • garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
  • Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
  • diced onions - 4 c
  • jar picante sauce - 1 oz
  • bottle barbecue sauce - 1 oz
  • can condensed tomato soup undiluted - 1 3/4
  • medium egg noodles, cooked and drained - 3 4
  • can mushrooms undrained - 1 oz
  • medium green peppers, diced - 3 item
  • jar stuffed green olives undrained - 1 3/4

How to make kodiak casserole:

In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onions and garlic; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with about 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese before serving. Yield: 16 to 20 servings.
