Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/4 pt
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 lb
- Add remaining ingredients
How to make jewish coffee cake:
Cream the margarine, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients.Topping:1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. chopped nuts Mix all topping ingredients together. Put half of the batter in tube pan that is greased and floured. Sprinkle on half the topping. Put remainder of batter on and sprinkle rest of topping.
